Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and skilled SEN Teacher to support one of our partner schools in the Billinge area. This is a full-time, long-term role, ideal for an educator who is passionate about helping pupils with additional needs thrive academically, socially, and emotionally.

✨ The Role:
As an SEN Teacher, you will:

Deliver tailored lessons to pupils with a range of special educational needs (including ASC, SEMH, MLD, and complex learning needs)

Work closely with support staff and the SENCO to create individualized learning plans

Use creative, engaging strategies to support positive behaviour and maximise progress

Foster a safe, supportive, and inclusive classroom environment

Communicate effectively with parents, carers, and external agencies

Location: Warrington
Contract: Full-time, long-term
Start Date: ASAP (or flexible for the right candidate)

✨ What We're Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

Experience working in an SEN environment (school or specialist setting)

Strong behaviour management and communication skills

A positive, patient, and resilient approach

A genuine commitment to enhancing pupil outcomes

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
