Hygiene Managers! Often the unsung hero in the food factory. Nothing works effectively without this vital person, leading a vital function.

This roles in not for the faint hearted. The site works to the highest retail standards and has goals of being audit ready all year round. This role is for someone who can dive in head first and keep the site spotless making sure our sky high standards are maintained.

There is a real passion for internal promotions on site, so its vital that you are a strong people manager and have the capability to train and develop the team below.

As the Hygiene Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing leadership to the Hygiene team
- Developing, upskilling & succession planning for the function
- Working with the site leadership team on strategy
- Motioning and reporting on team performance & driving standards
- Preparing budgets & CAPEX
- Managing contractors
