DCT Recruitment is proud to be supporting a high-profile project at Shotton Mill in Deeside, and we are currently looking to recruit 20 experienced operatives for a range of installation and mechanical fitting roles.Role:Production Equipment FittersAssembly and mechanical installation of components for a large-scale paper machineWork includes bolting, aligning, and fitting mechanical partsDuctwork InstallersInstallation of air supply and ventilation ducts across the production lineMust be confident working from layout drawings and plansSheet Metal Roofers / Panel Fitters / CladdersInstallation of machine hooding, cladding systems, and flashingsWork involves handling sheet metal and pre-fabricated panels on-siteRequired:Proven experience in your chosen trade (fitting, ducting, cladding, etc.)Ability to follow installation drawings and work independently or in a teamValid CSCS card or equivalent site certification (preferred)Own tools and PPE (basic)Punctuality, reliability, and a strong work ethic are essentialWorking Hours: Monday to Friday: Day shift: 07:00 – 19:00 ,Night shift: 19:00 – 07:00 (1h unpaid break )Saturday: 07:00 – 15:30 (30min unpaid break )To apply, please send your CV to or call on
