We are pleased to be recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a company based in Hemel Hempstead. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a warm, welcoming, and close-knit team.
We are looking for enthusiastic and energetic candidates, someone that is confident in dealing with customers and processing orders.
The starting salary for this position is £21,000 with the potential to rise to £24K once monthly bonus kicks in.
This is a fully office-based Monday to Friday role, hours are 8:30am to 5pm. The company offer a number of exciting benefits such as an excellent company bonus scheme, free on site-parking, structured pension scheme and many more.
- Day to day management, co-ordination, administration, and ordering.
- Taking calls, submitting orders, logging faults, and building accounts for billing.
- Provide Customer support throughout the order process.
- Dealing with customers' orders from start to finish by e-mail, phone, and webchat.
- Resolve order process issues.
- Track all issues to a successful conclusion.
- Strong customer service background
- Admin experience desirable but not essential - Training provided
- Energetic in personal, written, and telephone interactions.
- Meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
- Technically competent. MS Office suite.
- Ability to develop and document procedures and systems.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Excellent written and spoken English as this is a customer service role
- Well-presented and have excellent communication skills
