Salary: £220 - £229/day possible 5% bonus

Our global IT client has an exciting opportunity for an Education Marketing Manager to join their Education business on a maternity cover contract.

Core Responsibilities:

Product advocacy: - Product evangelist for all products within the Education portfolio, develop localised competitive strategy, position the value proposition, and tailor messaging to both internal (e.g., sales and marketing readiness) and external audiences.

Go-to-Market strategy, planning & execution: - Create and orchestrate strategic go-to-market plans for the Education business across sales, marketing, and partner functions.
- Partner with sales to land field enablement accountability and the wider Education team to ensure alignment with business results.

Drive Education business, marketing planning and execution to meet local priorities: - Work with corporate and local Education Teams to set metrics, drive usage and tracking outcomes
- Accountable for driving the subsidiary revenue, scorecard, and market share for Education related products and services.

Candidate Requirements

Passion for education to bring equitable, accessible, and secure learning environments to all learners and educators across Primary, Secondary, Further & Higher Education.
Strong understanding of the Education products, a deep understanding of the local education market, and the local competitive landscape.
Demonstrable marketing strategy, business planning, sales enablement, business development, technical pre-sales, OR related work experience.
Demonstrable experience managing and expanding a product/solution portfolio and driving demand generation and pipeline acceleration within a complex (e.g., multinational or matrixed) organisation and leading v-teams.This is a PAYE matermity over contract until mid-September (earliest).

The rate of pay is up to up to £229 per day, dependant on experience with a potential 5% bonus. You will also benefit from paid annual leave, paid sick, paid bank holidays, pension & notice period.

Please note this is a hybrid role which will require flexibility to travel to London or Reading once a week if required as well as presence at events when required.
