Salary: £40,000 - £52,000 (Dependent on Experience)

This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected luxury Interior Design studio at an exciting stage of growth. Known for delivering beautifully considered luxury residential projects for high-end private clients across London and the Cotswolds, the studio has built an outstanding reputation for creativity, quality and exceptional client experience.

They are now looking for a Studio Manager who can become a true right hand to the Director. This is far more than a traditional studio support role. You will be central to the success of the business, helping to bring structure, momentum and organisation to a talented and ambitious team. From keeping projects on track and clients engaged, to supporting business development and helping strengthen key industry relationships, you will have real influence and visibility across the studio.

This opportunity would be ideal for an experienced Senior Studio Coordinator or Studio Manager with experience in the Interior Design or Architectural sector.

Package:

* Salary of £40,000 - £52,000 depending on experience

Office: Notting Hill, London

Hours: 9:30am - 6:00pm, Monday to Friday (Early finish on Fridays)

Duties:

* Oversee the smooth day-to-day running of the studio

* Manage project programming, scheduling and coordination across multiple interior design projects

* Act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring communication is clear and consistent

* Support the Director with client relationship management and repeat business opportunities

* Assist with networking events, project unveilings and external relationship-building activity

* Help bring structure, organisation and process to a growing 15-person studio

Requirements:

* Previous experience in studio management, project management or operations within a creative environment - ideally Interior Design

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities at once

* Confident client-facing communication skills

* Outgoing, bubbly, warm and personable, with the confidence to build long lasting client relationships

* Commercial awareness and an interest in supporting business growth

* A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a close-knit team
