Paramount Capital Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Collections Representative to work in our Conshohocken based office. Paramount is a fast-growing specialty finance company that works with career and trade schools across the United States.

Responsibilities and Duties

This Customer Service/Collections position is responsible for collecting payments on accounts that are less than 30 days past due. It also requires answering inbound calls, providing account information to customers, and problem solving. Must be articulate, detail oriented and be comfortable speaking with customers about the terms of their loan over the phone. Some administrative tasks are also associated with this position.

Qualifications and Skills

Qualifications:

2-3 years in a medium to large call center as a Customer Service/Collections Representative.

Must display excellent verbal communication skills, phone etiquette, multitasking, manage high call volume, and typing skills (50 - 60 WPM)

Must be organized and have strong time management skills

Must be able to work flexible hours.

Shift Hours

9:00AM - 5:30PM Three Days/Week

11:30AM - 8:00PM Two Days/Week

One Saturday per month 9:00AM-1:00PM (Leave early on Friday before)

 

Office hours are

Monday-Thursday 9:00AM-8:00PM

Friday 9:00AM-5:30PM
