The role sits within an international property consultancy, with a specialist focus on dilapidations and technical due diligence across commercial and mixed-use assets in the UK and EMEA.

🎯 Responsibilities

* Deliver technical due diligence and professional Building Surveying advice

* Prepare and negotiate schedules of dilapidations

* Produce Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) reports and undertake defect analysis

* Lead contract administration on refurbishment schemes

* Manage client relationships and coordinate internal and external teams

✅ Requirements

* MRICS Chartered Building Surveyor

* Minimum 3 years' post-qualification experience

* Strong background in technical due diligence and professional Building Surveying

* Commercial awareness with confident client-facing capability

* Ability to lead instructions and manage teams

💰 Salary & Package

* £60,000 - £70,000 basic salary
