A Warehouse Supervisor is required to join a forward-thinking manufacturer of automotive components. With a strong reputation for engineering excellence and customer-focused solutions, this company is looking for a hands-on Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations and support continued growth.

Key responsibilities include -

Supervise and coordinate a small team, including warehouse operatives, counterbalance FLT drivers, and yard workers
Delegate daily tasks and ensure efficient workflow across warehouse and yard operations
Operate a counterbalance forklift (valid, in-date licence required)
Manage stock transactions using an MRP system
Attend and contribute to daily management meetings
Maintain high standards of safety, accuracy, and productivity
Support hands-on tasks in the warehouse and yard as neededIdeal skills & experience -

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory or team leader role
Strong leadership and communication skills
A proactive, practical approach with a "lead by example" attitude
Valid counterbalance FLT licence
Familiarity with MRP systems (Priority experience is a plus)
Ability to manage workloads and adapt to changing prioritiesOn offer for this Warehouse Supervisor role -

Starting salary of £30-35k
