· Lead and manage building safety across a residential portfolio of apartments in Manchester.

· Develop and implement robust safety strategies and policies.

· Oversee the management of fire risk assessments and remedial actions.

· Monitoring of Health & Safety policies and procedures.

· Act as the primary point of contact for all building safety related issues.

· Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and regulations.

· Drive continuous improvement in building safety standards.

· Manage relationships with external contractors and stakeholders.

· Provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of building safety.


A successful Building Safety Manager should have:

· An educational background in Construction, Engineering, or a related field.

· Significant experience in a senior safety role within the property industry.

· A strong understanding of building safety legislation and regulations.

· Excellent communication and leadership skills.

· Proven ability to manage and influence stakeholders.

· High levels of initiative and the ability to drive change.
