Job Description

At Hamberley Neurocare, We're leading the way in specialist neurological rehabilitation and complex care. As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced and relationship-driven Business Development Manager to help expand our network of stakeholders and increase occupancy across our new state- of- the - art services in Basingstoke, Camberley, Southampton and Worcester.

What you'll be doing:

You will work closely with our Directors, Home Managers and clinical teams, to develop referral pipelines, build trusted relationships with professionals across the sector, and drive admissions from NHS referrers, case managers, personal injury solicitors and other stakeholders.

Your role will focus on increasing visibility of our services, coordinating outreach activitity, and supporting families and professionals throughout the referral journey. You'll be central to ensuring that each service achieves and maintains high occupancy by nurturing strong professional relationships and championing the exceptional care we provide.

As our Business development Manager, you will:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with NHS commissioners, ICB teams, Case Managers, legal professionals and hospital - based referrers.
  • Coordinate and attend stakeholder visits, events and service tours.
  • Identify new referral opportunities and respond quickly to enquiries.
  • Work in partnership with Home Managers to support the admissions process and build strong local networks.
  • Provide insight and feedback to inform local marketing and communications.
  • Maintain accurate records of referral activity and stakeholder engagement.

Could you be part of our team?

The successful applicant will have :

  • Proven experience in business development, stakeholder engagement or sales within healthcare, adult social care, case management or similar.
  • A confident communicator with strong relationship- building skills.
  • Comfortable engaging with professionals at all levels and able to represent Hamberley Neurocare with credibility and warmth.
  • Self motivated, organised and proactive in identifying opportunities and following through.
  • Understanding of the neurorehabilitation, complex care or specialist nursing sector is highly desirable.
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region.

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom
