Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical Project Manager wil manage mechanical elements of construction projects from pre-construction through to final handover.

*

Mechanical Project Manager will oversee both planned and reactive works, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to high standards.

Mechanical Project Manager will report regularly to the Senior Project Manager and support senior project staff where required.

*

Mechanical Project Manager will coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to drive progress and resolve issues.

*

Mechanical Project Manager will maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

Mechanical Project Manager will have proven experience as an M&E or Mechanical Project Manager within large-scale construction or development projects (ideally £3M-£5M+).

Mechanical Project Manager will have strong mechanical engineering background with the ability to manage complex building systems.

*

Mechanical Project Manager will be confident managing diverse teams and working collaboratively across disciplines.

*

Mechanical Project Manager will be able to take ownership of your workload while contributing to broader project goals.

Mechanical Project Manager needs to be excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
