Role Essentials:

- Demonstrable experience in maintenance engineering with an electrical bias
- Adept at troubleshooting and resolving technical issues efficiently
- Commitment to adhering to health and safety regulations and best practices
- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills, with the capacity to convey technical information effectively
- Relevant engineering qualifications (HNC, HND, NVQ, BTEC, or equivalent)

Responsibilities:

- Conduct routine and preventative maintenance to ensure machinery and equipment run smoothly
- Respond to and rectify electrical and mechanical faults
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimise machine performance and minimise downtime
- Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance operational efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of work carried out and parts used
