Are you a passionate and knowledgeable English Teacher looking to inspire a love of language, literature, and communication in the next generation?

Vision for Education are recruiting on behalf of several forward-thinking and supportive secondary schools across Liverpool, Knowsley, Wirral, and Sefton, who are seeking engaging and adaptable English Teachers to join their schools from September 2025 (or sooner if available).

Role Responsibilities:

Teach engaging English Language and Literature lessons across KS3 & KS4

Foster critical thinking, creativity, and analytical skills in students

Assess, monitor, and report on student progress

Deliver inclusive and differentiated lessons that meet a variety of learning needs

Requirements

To be considered for this English Teacher position, candidates must have:

QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent recognised UK teaching qualification

Strong subject knowledge of English Language and Literature

Excellent communication, classroom management, and organisational skills

A genuine passion for teaching and inspiring young people through English

An Enhanced DBS check registered on the Update Service (or be willing to obtain one)
