Electrician - Social Housing responsive Repairs

🔧 The Role

You'll be carrying out responsive and emergency electrical repairs across social housing properties. No two days are the same, but your bread-and-butter will include:

• Fault finding and repairs
• Replacing accessories
• Partial rewires
• Consumer unit / distribution board upgrades
• Working safely, efficiently, and right first time

You'll work independently, manage your own jobs, and be trusted to get on with it.

🕒 On-Call

Approx. 1 in 6 weeks (Thursday-Thursday)

• Standby allowance
• Paid per completed call-out
• On top of your basic salary

👷 What You'll Need

• 18th Edition (up to date)
• Electrician qualifications
• Solid fault-finding experience
• Comfortable working in occupied homes
• Full UK driving licence
• Social housing experience is a bonus, not a blocker
