My client are a fast-growing tech company in Daresbury and are looking for an experienced Service Desk Team Leader to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated individual with a background in law firms or MSPs to take the next step in their career.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of service desk engineers
Ensure the team is meeting and exceeding KPI's, including ticket queue times
Monitor and manage the performance of the team and take action to improve where necessary
Provide training and development opportunities for the team
Ensure all team members are providing a high level of customer serviceRequirements:

Experience in a similar role, ideally within a law firm or MSP
Strong understanding of networking, virtualisation and servers
Proven ability to manage and lead a team
Strong customer service skills
Experience with KPI's and ticket queue times
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentBenefits:
