Job Title: Electrician

Salary: £37,800 - £50,000 OTE per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Temp to Perm (initial 12-week temporary contract)

We are recruiting for two skilled Electricians to join the Heating and Compliance team of a respected organisation in the Northwest. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, starting on a 12-week temporary contract paid at £23 per hour. Following successful completion of this period, the role will become permanent, offering a competitive salary of up to £50,000 OTE, a company van, fuel card, and excellent benefits.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out EICR checks for social housing clients
Repair and replace electrical fittings on site
Diagnose and rectify electrical faults
Perform duties in compliance with Equal Opportunities, Health & Safety, Customer Service, and Performance Policies
Travelling and out-of-hours work may be required

Requirements

NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation
Testing & Inspection 2391 certification (or equivalent)
18th Edition (BS7671) qualification
ECS Gold Card (desirable)
Competence in all aspects of electrical discipline, including testing and completing certifications
Full UK driving license
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage time and workload independently
Positive attitude and flexibility toward varied work and schedules
Own full set of tools
Experience in the social housing sector (desirable)
