Key Details:

• Hours: 5:00am–8:00am, Monday–Friday (full year)
• Occasional extra hours for events and cover

• Unlock and prepare the site each morning
• Carry out caretaking, cleaning, and compliance checks
• Support events, lettings, and logistical tasks
• Assist with maintenance and vehicle checks

Ideal Candidate:

• Reliable, flexible, and a team player
• Knowledge of Health & Safety or willingness to learn
• Physically fit for manual tasks
• Previous caretaking or cleaning experience an advantage
• Clean UK Driving Licence is essential
