You’ll assist the class teacher, implement behaviour and communication strategies, and track pupil progress in line with individual learning plans. It’s a rewarding role ideal for someone looking to develop practical SEN experience ahead of further study or training.The CandidateThe ideal candidate will be a Psychology graduate with a strong interest in special educational needs, particularly Autism. Patience, empathy and excellent communication skills are essential. Previous experience working with children in any capacity is beneficial, but not essential.
