ARE YOU AN EXPERIENCED ADMINISTRATOR LOOKING FOR FULL-TIME WORK IN LEDBURY?

We have a great opportunity based in Ledbury, Herefordshire at a disabled aids company to assist within the order/sales department.

The role will initially be temporary but have the possibility for a permanent job offer for the right candidate,

The working hours are Monday to Friday 8am-5pm at a pay rate of £9.50 per hour.

The main duties of the role will be:

* Process and dispatch all paperwork for orders in a timely manner

* Receiving/making telephone calls related to order processing and dealing with customer queries and orders

* Sending dispatch records and delivery notes to the warehouse

* Record and manage customer complaints

* Ensure all records are kept up-to-date on the CRM database

* Filing and archiving all order documentation, maintaining the database and handling other department administration

* Liaise with other company locations to check product availability

* Any other duties connected with administration as requested.
