We are currently recruiting an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established and reputable company in the commercial roofing sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in roofing and cladding to take the lead on a variety of high-value projects ranging from £50,000 to £1 million.

Role Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate multiple commercial roofing and cladding projects

* Oversee all on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications

* Manage contractors and subcontractors effectively

* Handle material procurement and scheduling

* Maintain regular communication with clients, providing updates throughout each project lifecycle

Candidate Requirements:

* Proven experience as a Project Manager or Contracts Manager within the commercial roofing and cladding sector

* Strong organisational and leadership skills

* Excellent client-facing and communication abilities
