For one of our market leading clients in Arnhem, I'm recruiting for Systems Engineer.

As a Project Systems Engineering Advisor, you contribute to the implementation of SE processes in the projects, as well as supporting the delivery of the 2GW offshore grid connection systems.

Activities:

As a Project Systems Engineering Advisor, you support the Systems Engineering manager of the Cluster with the implementation of Systems Engineering in the relevant projects;

• You provide expert guidance on Systems Engineering processes and best practices to ensure compliance with established standards;
• You participate in Contract Management with the document review process to ensure the quality and compliance of Systems Engineering products;
• You facilitate the processes for administration and change management;
• You contribute to the implementation of quality management;
• You work closely with (technical) experts in the various teams: (land) cable, land station, civil land cable;
• You initiate, test, and validate improvements to processes and tooling, including Relatics developments;
• You facilitate Systems Engineering training sessions;
• You follow up on Lessons Learned.

Profile:

• You have a bachelor's or master's degree and an academic level of thinking and working;
• You have extensive experience applying Systems Engineering in the design and execution phases;
• Experience within the offshore industry is a strong plus;
• You have sound knowledge of Systems Engineering standards such as ISO 15288, the INCOSE handbook, and industry standards;
• Good command of spoken and written Dutch and English;
• You have excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;
• You have strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and you can manage multiple tasks and set priorities well;
• You are both a good team member and a self-driven expert with excellent communication skills.
