Our client , a reputable hotel based in Dunfermline, require a Chef to join their well-established team.

This role will start initially on a temporary basis but may lead to a long term opportunity for the right person.

Your key duties will include:

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and menus.
Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Ensure the kitchen is clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times.
Monitor food presentation and quality to ensure consistency with restaurant standards.Requirements

Proven experience as a Chef or Cook in a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary skills.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Culinary qualifications or certifications are advantageous but not essential.You will work 40 hours a week , 10-2pm and 5-9pm , 5 days out of 7 and will receive an hourly rate of £14ph.
