Level 2 Teaching Assistant - Reception Class
Location: Near Oundle / North Northamptonshire area
Contract: 1-year fixed term
Hours: 16.25 hours per week
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:45am-12pm (Term Time Only)

A warm, nurturing primary school in the Northamptonshire countryside is looking for a dedicated Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join their Reception team. About the Role:
You'll work primarily with the Reception class, supporting the Class Teacher with the delivery of the curriculum. The role may include 1:1 support or small-group interventions. Experience in EYFS is desirable but not essential for the right candidate.

You will need to:

Build positive relationships with young children

Be hardworking, enthusiastic, and creative

Be patient and understanding of children's needs

Offer encouragement and praise to support confidence

Provide feedback on learning progress to the Class Teacher

Be flexible, adaptable, and communicative
