Position: Site Manager (Fit-Out)

Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Manager to oversee operations on site. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily activities, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and supervising staff to maintain high standards of performance. This role requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders. Previous experience is vital, ideally looking at fit-out/commercial experience as this is not a housing project.

Duties

* Manage daily site operations, ensuring all activities are conducted efficiently and safely.

* Supervise staff, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and morale.

* Implement and monitor compliance with health and safety policies, conducting regular risk assessments.

* Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless workflow and communication.

* Maintain accurate records of site activities, including inventory management and equipment maintenance.

* Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to company standards and regulations.

* Address any issues or concerns raised by staff or clients promptly and professionally.

Requirements

* Proven experience in a management role within a similar environment.

* Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

* Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to the industry.

* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative when required.

* Proficient in using standard office software and tools for reporting purposes.

* CSCS Manager Card, SMSTS, First Aid at Work, Asbestos Awareness.
