Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 base + commission (OTE £35,000-£40,000 in Year 1)

We're growing our Manchester team and are looking for motivated individuals to join our Impact Academy - our in-depth training programme designed to help educators build successful careers as Recruitment Consultants.

What You'll Be Doing:

Sourcing, interviewing, and placing teachers and support staff into schools across Greater Manchester

Writing engaging candidate profiles and matching them to the right schools

Building strong relationships with educators and school leaders

Achieving weekly activity goals and placement targets (with plenty of support)

Learning the ropes of business development, client management and candidate care

Becoming a trusted partner for schools and candidates alike
