An ambitious and growing Quantity Surveying consultancy is seeking an M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their head office in London.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor's role

The successful M&E Quantity Surveyor will join a dynamic team of over 20 Quantity Surveyors in central London, working across a diverse and interesting range of hotel and commercial sector projects.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor shall focus on providing M&E expertise and support to the wider team, enabling the successful delivery of all M&E packages. You'll also have your own M&E projects to deliver with Director support.

The M&E Quantity Surveyor

• Completed a Quantity Surveying degree or similar
• M&E background
• 3+ years M&E Quantity Surveying experience
• Good pre and post contract knowledge
• Hotel, M&E, and/or Commercial project experience would be a plus
• Previous experience within a cost consultancy / PQS practice
