Engineering Co-ordinator

We are supporting a global industrial engineering organisation in the search for an Engineering Co-ordinator to join their Maintenance Services team in Worcester.
This role acts as a technical authority, supporting both planned and reactive maintenance activities across a range of industrial installations. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance, support fault diagnosis, coordinate maintenance work orders, and act as an escalation point for complex engineering issues.
 
Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and manage planned and reactive maintenance work orders
Provide technical support and remote fault diagnosis for field engineers
Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues
Review work scopes and ensure correct parts, labour, and resources are allocated
Ensure activities are supported by appropriate RAMS and safety procedures
Liaise with customers, engineers, contractors and suppliers
Support spare parts management and technical specifications
Assist with technical training and development across the engineering team 
Requirements

Technical qualification or relevant engineering experience
Strong understanding of industrial or process plant equipment
Experience supporting maintenance operations in manufacturing, energy, or process industries
Strong organisational, problem-solving and communication skills
Experience using SAP or similar work order systems is beneficial
