Site Manager - Internals

* 200-unit RC Frame scheme

* Duration: 3 months

* Rate: Up to £290 per day CIS

We are currently searching for an internally biased Site Manager to join a busy phase of a 200-unit residential build. The additional push is to get units finished, ready for handover in the coming months. There is also a substantial joinery package being installed so large amount of your time will be overseeing this.

The role:

* Oversee all on-site operations, ensuring construction activities are delivered safely, on time, and to specification.

* Enforce health and safety regulations, carry out site inductions, toolbox talks, and ensure all RAMS are followed.

* Monitor and manage construction programmes, coordinate trades to ensure milestones and deadlines are met.

* Oversee and manage subcontractor performance, resolve issues, and ensure work is delivered to required quality.

* Ensure all works meet required standards and specifications; carry out regular inspections and snagging.

* Manage deliveries, storage, and usage of materials; coordinate plant and labour on site.

* Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities as required.

* Maintain daily site diaries, progress reports, and ensure all relevant documentation is kept up to date.

Experience Required:

* Strong background delivering residential projects.

* 5+ years Site Management experience

* Joinery background preferable but not essential

* Internal package experience essential, from 1st fix onwards
