🛠 Responsibilities:

Manage a team of 6 experienced installers, ensuring smooth and efficient sequencing of work.

*

Oversee all aspects of conveyor installation - technical, mechanical, and logistical.

*

Manage materials and manpower to maximise productivity and minimise downtime.

*

Maintain accurate records of downtime and highlight any additional works beyond scope.

*

Liaise directly with client PMs and Site Managers, representing the company professionally at all times.

*

Handle challenges head-on, driving progress in a demanding site environment.

✅ Requirements:

Extensive experience in conveyor installation and site management.

*

Strong technical understanding of conveyors and installation sequencing.

*

Proven ability to manage teams and coordinate materials effectively.

*

Commercially astute with excellent documentation and reporting skills.

*

Strong communicator with the ability to build client relationships and command respect onsite.

*

Resilient, proactive, and not afraid to be assertive when required.
