We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced fashion logistics distribution center in West Thurrock. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong leadership skills and experience within warehouse or fulfilment operations.

You will be responsible for supporting the daily running of warehouse operations, leading a team of operatives, and ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while maintaining high operational standards.

• Lead and supervise a team of warehouse operatives
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time
• Monitor team performance and productivity
• Conduct daily team briefings and allocate tasks
• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety across the warehouse
• Support the Warehouse Supervisor with daily operational activities

Duties and Responsibilities

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Team Leader
• Experience within fashion, retail, or e-commerce fulfilment preferred
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced distribution environment
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
