As a Sales Administrator, you'll play a key role in developing and executing the sales strategy across two premium lifestyle brands. This is a varied and dynamic role where you'll manage key accounts, support external agents, organise trade shows, and support customers with their queries.

Our client is a well-established, design-led manufacturer with a reputation for quality and craftsmanship. With a growing national presence and strong brand identity, they're now looking for a driven sales professional to help take their retail division to the next level.

As a Sales Administrator, you'll benefit from:

£30,000 basic salary with performance-based bonus
Genuine autonomy and ownership within a creative, fast-paced environment
Exposure to brand building, product development and national retail strategies
As a Sales Administrator, your responsibilities will include:

Processing customer orders
Managing key retail accounts and wholesale platforms, ensuring strong relationships and growth
Supporting a network of UK agents with marketing assets, training and communication
Organising trade shows
Coordinating customer samples
Supporting both B2B and B2C customers with retail-related queries
Reporting weekly sales figures to the management team
As a Sales Administrator, your skills and experience will include:

Proven experience in retail sales and key account management, with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C dynamics
Skilled in processing customer orders, coordinating product samples, and managing wholesale platform operations
Demonstrated ability to maintain and grow strong client relationships, particularly with key retail accounts and UK agents
Strong organisational and administrative skills, with hands-on experience in supporting trade shows, training sessions, and marketing communications
Proficient in using data to inform decision-making, including reporting on weekly sales performance and supporting sales forecasting
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a collaborative approach to cross-functional team support
