Role- Field Service Engineer 

Salary- £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

Type- Permanent

Location- Birmingham - On the road 

My client is a specialist service provider for CCTV. They are looking for an Engineer to join their team near Birmingham on a permanent basis.

The Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

3 year or more of experience in a similar Service/Maintenance Engineering position
Have a background in CCTV with knowledge of CCTV systems and principles
Knowledge of electrical engineering
Degree / HNC / HND / BTEC / NVQ qualified in Mechanical Engineering or similar
Good mathematical and general engineering knowledge
The ability to understand system requirements
Be self-motivated with excellent attention to detail
Have excellent communication skills both verbal and written 

The Engineer role will involve:

Carrying out installation of CCTV systems
Provide servicing & maintenance for CCTV systems
Identifying and rectifying faults on CCTV systems
Guidance and assistance to customers as required on functional and technical information
Maintaining working relationships with colleagues and clients
