Business Analyst - AI Lab

We're looking for a Business Analyst to join our growing AI Lab, working at the intersection of business challenges and cutting-edge AI solutions. You'll identify high-value use cases, translate requirements into clear user stories, and collaborate with developers, architects and stakeholders to deliver transformative AI products.

What you'll do:

* Identify AI/automation opportunities across service lines

* Lead stakeholder sessions and define business needs

* Translate requirements into user stories & process flows

* Support business cases, prioritisation, UAT and benefits tracking

* Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful delivery

What we're looking for:

* Experience in tech-enabled change (AI/automation/analytics ideal)

* Strong analytical & communication skills

* Comfortable working with technical and non-technical teams

* Familiar with agile delivery

* Bonus: professional services, digital transformation, UX/UX or ML exposure
