🔧 The Role
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive breakdowns on a range of production and packaging equipment
*
Diagnose and repair mechanical and/or electrical faults efficiently
*
Assist with continuous improvement and machinery upgrades
*
Maintain accurate records of maintenance work and compliance checks
*
Work collaboratively with production and engineering teams
✅ About You
*
A time-served engineer with a recognised qualification (NVQ, ONC, HNC, or equivalent)
*
Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment — food/FMCG preferred, but not essential
*
Either multi-skilled, or with an electrical or mechanical bias
*
Strong fault-finding skills and a hands-on approach
*
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
