Early Years Practitioner - Flexible Supply Work

A local nursery setting in South Croydon is looking for reliable, adaptable Early Years Practitioners to join their flexible supply pool. This is ideal for practitioners who want choice over the days they work while still gaining consistent experience across Early Years.

About the role:

Zero-hours, flexible supply work across nurseries and early years rooms

Work offered on an ad-hoc or short-term basis, depending on your availability

Support across baby, toddler and preschool rooms as needed

General support duties including play-based learning, supervision, routine care and working as part of a team

Requirements:

Experience working in nurseries and/or Early Years settings

Strong understanding of safeguarding, child development and age-appropriate practice

A Level 2, Level 3 or higher Early Years qualification is highly desirable (but experience alone will also be considered)

Ability to adapt quickly to different routines and environments
