Main areas of responsibility:

It is essential that the person for this role is motivated, detail-oriented, and people-focused HR Administrator to join a dynamic HR team. Reporting to the HR Manager, you'll play a central role in the day-to-day HR function - from onboarding to employee engagement, reporting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support recruitment and onboarding processes alongside our Recruitment Co-ordinator

* Deliver inspiring Company Inductions for new team members

* Act as a first point of contact for employee queries

* Maintain accurate employee records and support payroll

* Produce monthly HR reports and business insights

* Take confidential minutes during meetings

* Conduct Right to Work checks and ensure full compliance

* Manage and distribute staff uniforms

* Promote mental health and well-being initiatives

* Conduct exit interviews and report feedback trends

* Assist with ongoing HR projects and organisational initiatives

* Provide administrative support to ensure smooth HR operations

Required Skills & Desired Experience:

* Minimum 2 years' experience in a Human Resources administrative role (required)

* CIPD Level 3 (Foundation Certificate in People Practice) is highly desirable

* Strong working knowledge of HRIS systems

* Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and time management

* Ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality and in line with GDPR

* Positive, proactive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills

* A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred due to location)
