Nursery Practitioner Level 3 – 40 Hours – Up to £27,800

You will spend your days working within a blended EYFS and child-led play activities approach and supporting children as their learning spaces evolve into more structured pre-school routines. The nursery has large, airy rooms for each age group, furnished with engaging play equipment and educational resources designed to support development at every stage.

What You’ll Need

• Level 3 Early Years qualification or above
• Recent experience in a nursery setting (0–5 years)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS framework and developmental stages
• Ability to support child-led learning and deliver adult-led activities

Desirable

• Paediatric First Aid certification

What You’ll Do

• Deliver high-quality care and learning activities across the EYFS
• Support the blended approach to learning (child-led play and adult-led activities)
• Observe, assess and record children’s progress and development
• Maintain room standards and prepare age-appropriate learning environments
• Work with room leaders to support transitions between age groups
• Maintain safeguarding, health and safety, and hygiene standards
