We are looking for a skilled engineer to join our team in Redditch, working on Star sliding head machines.

What's on offer:

Afternoon shift (but for the right candidate, any shift pattern can be considered)

Pay rates:

*

Setter/Operator: up to £17 per hour + shift allowance

*

Programmer: up to £21 per hour + shift allowance

*

Permanent, full-time role with excellent prospects

The Role:

*

Programming, setting and operating Star sliding head CNC machines

*

Working to tight tolerances for high-quality precision components

*

Reading and interpreting technical drawings

*

Ensuring efficient production and maintaining quality standards

The Ideal Candidate:

*

Experienced with Star sliding head lathes

*

Confident in programming, setting and operating (or at least setting/operating if not programming)

*

Able to work independently and as part of a team

*

Flexible and proactive approach to work
