Your Responsibilities

As our new PPA Teacher, you will:

Provide high-quality classroom cover during teachers' PPA (Planning, Preparation, and Assessment) time across various year groups

*

Deliver creative, inclusive lessons that reflect the school's curriculum and ethos

*

Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth

*

Work closely with class teachers to ensure consistency and continuity in learning

*

Monitor and support student progress through informal assessment and feedback

*

Build strong, respectful relationships with children, colleagues, and families

What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent

*

Primary teaching experience across multiple year groups

*

Adaptability, enthusiasm, and strong classroom management skills

*

A team-oriented mindset with a willingness to support colleagues across the school
