Site Supervisor

A well-established and respected privately owned Facilities Services Company with a focus on technical excellence and the development of long-term sustainable customer relationships are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor. You will be mechanically or electrically biased, keen to join a growing organisation, and confident to supervise a one-man site ensuring regular scheduling of Planned Preventative Maintenance and responding to Reactive Maintenance.

Based in a prime Central London, this is a static single man site and a Monday to Friday role.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise contractors on-site, ensuring that standards and targets are achieved.
Supervise/oversee LV switching.
Deliver weekly PPM's and reactive maintenance in line with SLAs and KPIs.
Ensure contractors comply with all SHEQ policies and procedures.
Carry out hands on M&E / Fabric maintenance across the client portfolio as and when required (Working / Hands on supervisor role).
Act as point of contact for the client; resolving all issues appropriately and in a timely manner.

Experience and Requirements

Electrically or mechanically qualified (C&G Level 2 or higher).
LV switching experience preferred but not essential.
Substantial experience working within M&E building maintenance.
Demonstrate experience & understanding of current Health & Safety.
Experience in Supervisory/Lead Engineer role.
Good Customer relationship skills.
Commercial and financial awareness in a client environment.
