EYFS Teacher - Nursery / Reception**

Aspire People are recruiting a passionate and nurturing **EYFS Teacher** to join a welcoming primary school. This role is ideal for a teacher who thrives in early years and understands the importance of building strong foundations for lifelong learning.

The school is looking for someone who can create a **stimulating, play-based learning environment** that supports children's development socially, emotionally, and academically.

**The Role:**
* Full teaching responsibility within a Nursery or Reception class
* Planning and delivering engaging, play-based lessons in line with the EYFS framework
* Supporting early development in phonics, communication, and numeracy
* Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
* Observing, assessing, and tracking pupil progress
* Building strong relationships with parents and carers

**The Ideal Candidate:**
* Holds QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
* Experience within EYFS (placements or teaching roles)
* Strong understanding of early child development and learning through play
* Patient, creative, and nurturing approach
* Strong classroom organisation and communication skills
