Hours: Tuesday-Thursday | 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM + Optional Bank Shifts
Pay: £14.00/hour
Requirement: Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
About the Role
We're looking for a Female Care Assistant to join our friendly, values-led team supporting a vibrant and sociable young adult with cerebral palsy.
She's creative, enjoys Lego, horror films, and relaxing art sessions in her summer house. You'll be helping her live life to the fullest—at home and out in the community.
What You'll Do

Provide 2:1 care and personal support

Support daily routines with compassion and consistency

Join her for social outings, hobbies, and appointments

Learn specialist skills such as suctioning, gastrostomy care, and seizure response (full training provided)
Who We're Looking For

Basic care experience (full training given for complex needs)

Calm, friendly, and confident communicator

Willing to learn and upskill in complex care

Team player who enjoys being hands-on

Full UK driving licence essential
