Our well established yet growing client are currently seeking on a permanent basis a site based Operations Coordinator in Farlington with a salary of £25,000 - £28,000 plus other benefits.

What does the role entail?

As the Operations Coordinator and Administrator you will be working in a group of established businesses and from their Farlington warehouse office where you will be responsible for a wide range of operational administrative duties, such as raising purchase orders and creating quotes, sales order processing, monthly reporting, scheduling delivery dates and booking supplier deliveries, as well as compiling installation packs for the teams. You will also look after filing, printing picking and dispatch notes for the warehouse and delivery teams, sending invoices and processing timesheets amongst a variety of other tasks.

What skills will you have?

To be considered for this Operations Coordinator role you will be confident carrying out the above listed duties, possessing excellent attention to detail, the ability to multi task, excellent interpersonal skills, good IT capabilities, as well as having strong administrative and coordination capabilities, whilst being an adaptable team player who is receptive to change.
