A great opportunity has arisen for a Plumber to join a Social Housing Contractor on a long term temporary ongoing basis paying £21.40 per hour CIS. This will be covering the Croydon area. The successful Multi Trade Plumber will be available within short notice, have social housing experience and must have a driving license as you will be supplied with a van and fuel card.

Working Hours: 8:00am til 17:00pm Monday Friday

Pay rate is £21.40 per hour CIS.

Multi Trade Plumber Duties:

Carry out carry out a range of multi-skilled plumbing, basic carpentry as well as associated within within social housing properties, voids and occupied.The Successful Multi Trade Plumber will be required to:

Ensure works are completed at a high standard within given time frames
Carry out works allocated by appointments
Hold a relevant trade qualification e.g city&guilds/NVQ
Have a valid UK Driving Licence
A company van and fuel card will be supplied
