About the Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Primary SEND Teacher to lead a newly established Additional Resource Provision (ARP) within a mainstream primary school in Willesden. This ARP will cater to pupils in EYFS and KS1 with a range of special educational needs, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Speech, Language, and Communication Needs (SLCN).

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and deliver individualized learning plans tailored to each pupil's needs.
Work collaboratively with the SENCO, support staff, and external professionals.
Create a nurturing and structured learning environment.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting strategies as necessary.Candidate Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in SEND.
Strong knowledge of EYFS and KS1 curricula.
Proficiency in implementing EHCPs and working with multidisciplinary teams.
