Day-to-day of the role: - Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging maths lessons to students of varying abilities.
- Ensuring the coursework aligns with the curriculum objectives and facilitating an environment where all students can achieve their academic potential.
- Maintain a stimulating classroom environment that promotes learning and enthusiasm.
- Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students' varying needs and interests.
- Participate in parent-teacher meetings, staff meetings, and engage in ongoing training opportunities.
Required Skills & Qualifications: - Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- Proven experience teaching Maths in a secondary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the Maths curriculum.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to teaching and student development.
