What You'll Be DoingAs a Midday Assistant, you will:
Supervise children during the lunchtime break
Support pupils in the dining hall and playground
Encourage positive play and social interactions
Promote good behaviour and ensure a safe, happy environment
Help with setting up and tidying the dining area (where required)
Follow school safeguarding and behaviour policies
Your role is essential in helping children enjoy a calm, fun and safe lunchtime every day.
