Overview:
Grafton Recruitment are looking for a customer service coordinator to work with our client that upholds the Collaborative PPE contract for 16 fire brigades across the UK.

About the role of a Customer Service Coordinator:
This is a varied role in which you will deliver excellent customer service, ensure firefighters have the correct PPE to do their job at all times, and meet the requirements and SLAs of the contract. You will possess great problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively collaborate with firefighters, PPE managers, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator:

You will look after 5 fire brigades primarily through an online helpdesk, where firefighters and managers within the brigade can log various types of enquiries and requests related to their PPE
Administration and maintenance of firefighter PPE records through the Prima wardrobe management system
Handling a variety of telephone queries including emergency callouts
Coordinating deliveries of PPE packs for new recruits, training courses, exchanges, and emergency orders
Accurately recording key activities in a monthly KPI pack and preparing this for sign-off
Acting as a primary point of contact between the customers and the internal teams
Requirements:

Great communication skills and a confident telephone manner
Positive attitude towards solving a variety of complex queries in a fast-paced role
Computer-literate, particularly with Excel and Outlook
Accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to manage time, prioritise tasks and work under pressure
