Commercial Property Legal Assistant

Key responsibilities will include:

Opening and closing files in line with compliance procedures

Drafting and amending legal documents and correspondence

Assisting with the preparation of contract packs, reports on title, and search results

Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, and other third parties

Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and supporting with key deadlines

Supporting the fee-earner throughout transactions from instruction to completion

General administrative tasks including filing, photocopying, and updating case management systems

What they're looking for:

Previous experience in a legal support role within property law (commercial or residential)

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A proactive and enthusiastic approach to learning

Excellent communication and teamwork skills

A genuine interest in developing a career in commercial property law
